Set in the final tumultuous decades of the 20^th century, Yesterday’s Enemies© chronicles the early careers of some of the key characters from Robert Hugh McCauley’s first novel, All Enemies. No sooner does the United States triumph in its long Cold War struggle against the Soviet Union than it is drawn into a new conflict - with an even more implacable foe, motivated not by ideological discipline, but fundamentalist fervor.
